This role combines hands-on technical ownership with client delivery accountability.\n\nKey Responsibilities :\n\nPython Engineering & Technical Leadership :\n\n- Lead the design and development of Python-based applications and ML pipelines using frameworks like Django, Flask, or FastAPI.\n\n- Own database design and integration (SQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB).\n\n- Mentor and guide junior Python developers through code reviews and technical guidance.\n\n- Ensure adherence to coding standards, security protocols, and CI/CD best practices.\n\n- Guide the ML lifecycle - data preparation, model training, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring - applying GenAI/LLM capabilities where relevant.\n\nSolution Delivery & Client Ownership :\n\n- Own end-to-end delivery of client solutions - from demo and POC through implementation and deployment.\n\n- Act as the primary technical point of contact for client-facing engagements.\n\nProject Kick-off, Planning & Execution :\n\n- Plan and lead project kick-off, aligning on objectives, success metrics, and governance.\n\n- Build project plans covering milestones, release schedules, and resourcing.\n\n- Run Agile delivery against timeline, scope, and budget.\n\n- Deliver handover documentation and lead retrospectives.\n\nClient Communication & Partner Management :\n\n- Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders and explain AI/ML solutions in business terms.\n\n- Run client governance through status calls and executive summaries.\n\n- Handle client escalations and identify opportunities to expand engagements.\n\n- Coordinate dependencies across client, partner, and internal teams.\n\nQuality, Deployment & Support :\n\n- Own the testing process (unit, integration, and model validation).\n\n- Support containerization and deployment (Docker, Kubernetes) across cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).\n\n- Provide post-deployment support and drive continuous optimization.\n\nRequired Skills :\n\n- 7+ years of hands-on Python development experience.\n\n- Proficiency in Django, Flask, or FastAPI, and databases such as SQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.\n\n- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure), along with CI/CD pipelines and Git.\n\n- Hands-on exposure to Machine Learning model development and deployment.\n\n- Prior experience in a client delivery, consulting, or implementation environment.\n\n- Proven experience owning client-facing technical delivery from kick-off through go-live.\n\n- Experience with Agile delivery methodologies.\n\n- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to lead a team.\n\n- Experience working with channel or implementation partners.\n\nEducational Qualifications:\n\n- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical field.\n\n- Master's degree in a relevant technical discipline is a plus.\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\n\n- Experience with GenAI/LLM solutions such as RAG pipelines, vector databases, or LLM APIs.\n\n- Exposure to regulated industries such as healthcare or insurance, including data privacy and compliance (e.g., HIPAA), and security
