This role is pivotal in fostering a culture of continuous integration and operational excellence across the organization.\n\nKey Responsibilities : \n\n- Architect and manage robust CI/CD pipelines to accelerate release cycles and improve deployment consistency for our engineering teams.\n\n- Design and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure on AWS or Azure to ensure high availability and optimal performance for end-users.\n\n- Implement proactive monitoring and alerting solutions to minimize downtime and provide actionable insights into system health.\n\n- Lead the transition toward containerized environments using Kubernetes to enhance resource utilization and application portability.\n\n- Collaborate with security teams to integrate automated security checks into the development lifecycle, ensuring compliance and data integrity.\n\n- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and knowledge-sharing sessions to elevate the technical maturity of the entire DevOps practice.\n\nRequired Skillset : \n\n- Demonstrated expertise in managing cloud-native infrastructure and orchestrating complex deployments with 5 -
