best practices, unit testing, and code reviews\n\n- Take ownership of features/modules and deliver high-quality outcomes\n\n- Work with DevOps teams for CI/CD, deployment, and monitoring\n\nTechnical Expertise:\n\n- 5+ years of experience in backend development with Golang\n\n- Strong understanding of microservices architecture and distributed systems\n\n- Experience designing and developing REST APIs and event-driven services\n\n- Hands-on experience with SQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, etc.)\n\n- Familiarity with NoSQL databases (e.g., Cassandra, DynamoDB, Elasticsearch) is a plus\n\n- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes for containerized deployments\n\n- Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)\n\n- Knowledge of message queues/streaming systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc.)\n\n- Familiarity with OAuth 2.0, JWT, and secure API design\n\n- Experience with Git or similar version control systems\n\nDesired Skills:\n\n- Experience in building high-throughput, low-latency systems\n\n- Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools such as Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana\n\n- Understanding of caching strategies using Redis or Memcached\n\n- Exposure to
