By providing your expert advice and executing code reviews you will act as a mentor for the junior and mentor team members.\n\nKey responsibilities : \n\nInnovation and expertise : \n\n- Act as a Technical Lead, driving the adoption of new ideas, technologies, and approaches to enhance solutions and processes, within the existing architecture.\n\n- Act as a digitalization expert, developing new functionalities, extending existing code, and promoting solutions to bring the business value and quality to the next level.\n\nSoftware design and development : \n\n- Design and develop software solutions that meet business requirements.\n\n- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code, accompanied by detailed documentation.\n\nCross-Team collaboration : \n\n- Collaborate and align with multiple teams across the organization, working on different technology stacks to ensure cohesive and integrated solutions.\n\nTesting, debugging, and quality assurance : \n\n- Test and debug software applications to ensure high-quality deliverables that meet project requirements.\n\n- Participate in code reviews, bug triage, and other quality control activities to maintain development standards.\n\nTechnical Competencies : \n\n- Knowledge of and experience with design patterns (e.g. event driven design, DDD, TDD, microservices)\n\n- Microsoft Azure stack (.Net in Azure cloud - setting up, configuring and using Docker, Kubernetes)\n\n- .NET Core\n\n- SQL Server / Entity Framework / LINQ.\n\n- Messaging systems (ASB, RabbitMQ)\n\n- JSON, XML and REST web services\n\n- Infrastructure As Code\n\n- Visual Studio, GIT\n\n- Angular 5+\n\n- Agile methodologies\n\nExperience : \n\n- 8 - 15 years of experience with atleast 2 years as Technical Lead.\n\n- Strong knowledge of software development best practices and design patterns\n\n- Experience with setting up and maintaining software solutions (development, deployment, hypercare, maintenance)\n\n- Excellent problem - solving and analytical skills\n\n- Strong written and verbal communication skills\n\n- Ability to work autonomously, fully accountable and collaborate within and across teams\n\n- Stress resilient and be able to perform under pressure\n\n- Mentoring (junior and mentor) team members and maintaining code quality by performing in -
