Ihre Aufgaben

  • Planung und Koordination von Auslieferungsterminen
  • Steuerung der Auslieferungspipeline und administrativer Prozesse
  • Kommunikation mit Kundinnen und Kunden sowie Klärung von Rückfragen
  • Durchführung professioneller Fahrzeugübergaben nach BYD Standards
  • Vorbereitung und Prüfung aller Auslieferungsunterlagen
  • Sicherstellung der Datenqualität in CRM Systemen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Sales, Service und Logistik
  • Unterstützung bei Fahrzeugkontrollen, Vorbereitung und Bestandsmanagement

Ihr Profil

  • Begeisterung für Elektromobilität und BYD
  • Relevante Berufserfahrung, idealerweise im Automotive Umfeld
  • Strukturierte und detailorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Sehr gute Deutsch und gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Führerschein Klasse B
