Ihre Aufgaben

  • Sie planen, berechnen und überwachen Umbaumaßnahmen in unseren Autohäusern, dafür erstellen Sie Gesamtkostenschätzungen und Bauzeitenpläne für Bauprojekte
  • Sie ersetzen die Vergabe an Ingenieur- und Architekturbüros
  • Kalkulation, Budgetverantwortung, Vertragsmanagement (VOB, HOAI) und Terminplanung für Umbauprojekte (Bestandsobjekte)
  • Kommunikation mit Geschäftsführung, Handwerkern und Behörden
  • Überwachung der Bauausführung (Qualität, Termine, Kosten) und Koordination der Gewerke vor Ort
  • Vorbereiten und Durchführen der Abnahmen

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bauingenieurwesen oder als Architekt mit großer Bauvorlageberechtigung
  • Berufserfahrung in der Sanierung bzw. im Bestandsbau
  • Elementar: Belastbar, lösungsorientiert und organisationsstark - auch bei parallelen Projekten an mehreren Standorten
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Gebäudetechnik, Instandhaltung und VOB
  • Erfahrung im Energiemanagement und vorbeugenden Brandschutz (optional)
