Ihre Aufgaben

  • Präzise, termingerechte und qualitätsbewusste Instandsetzung von Unfallfahrzeugen sowie Durchführung von Karosserie- und Reparaturarbeiten
  • Erneuerung von Fahrzeugverglasungen
  • Elektrische Karosserievermessungen mit Hilfe des Car-o-Liner Richtbank-Systems
  • Einhaltung vorgegebener Sicherheitsstandards, Durchführung entsprechender Dokumentationen und Qualitätssicherungen

Ihr Profil

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Weiterbildung zum Karosserie- und Fahrzeugbaumeister (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation

  • Fundierte Kenntnisse moderner Reparaturverfahren sowie der aktuellen Fahrzeug- und Karosserietechnik

  • Erfahrung in der Führung, Motivation und Entwicklung von Mitarbeiter:innen

  • Ausgeprägtes Qualitätsbewusstsein und eine strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

  • Hohe Kunden- und Serviceorientierung sowie ein professionelles Auftreten

  • Organisationstalent, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und unternehmerisches Denken

  • Sicherer Umgang mit digitalen Systemen und Werkstattprozessen

  • Führerschein der Klasse B
