Support these activities across all teams within endpoint Integration and coordinate with other departments as needed.\n\nLeverage AI tools to deliver secure, reliable, and modern endpoint solutions, selecting appropriate tools and ensuring responsible data handling.\n\nHand on knowledge of modern Windows, iOS and Android Operating systems.\n\nOperate, maintain, and support complex endpoint technology components.\n\nDevelop scripted solutions (PowerShell/VBScript), package applications (Flexera WiseScript/InstallShield), and automate endpoint health remediation (e.g., service status, restarts, disk space, CPU, Event Logs) to remove legacy software, install updates, and address technical issues across user devices.\n\nAnalyze and resolve component-level availability/performance issues; collaborate with vendors to implement approved fixes.\n\nTrack open tickets, documenting every stage, including conversations, GitHub script revisions, time logs, testing schedules, and Tanium target creation for script rollouts.\n\nBuild and maintain specialized knowledge of current and emerging technologies within assigned platforms.\n\nProvide training and knowledge transfer to less experienced IT team members.\n\nDeliver user assistance, training, and information sharing.\n\nProvide customer-facing support across diverse technology components.\n\nAdhere to formal change and test management procedures.\n\nEscalate atypical or unexpected findings promptly.\n\nCreate action plans to resolve detected faults and track outcomes.\n\nInstall, test, and implement complex component-level infrastructure changes independently.\n\nConduct isolation testing for faulty equipment and software.\n\nEstablish and refine operational processes to deliver world‑class technology platforms.\n\nUtilize associated management systems to operate and monitor platforms.\n\nPerform capacity and performance analysis; develop and implement optimization recommendations.\n\nDevelop recommendations and implementation procedures for new hardware/software; prepare materials suitable for presentations.\n\nDocument solutions approach comprehensively and maintain troubleshooting records.\n\nMaintain computer‑based documentation and ticket systems to record configurations, track changes/issues, and compile performance data.\n\nQualifications\nA degree from an accredited College/University in the applicable field of services is required. If the individual's degree is not in the applicable field, then 4 additional years of related experience\n\n8+ years of relevant professional experience.\n\nProficiency in PowerShell scripting, with a focus on creating Windows packages within an endpoint environment.\n\nExperience with Tanium and related endpoint management technologies.\n\nProven ability to collaborate across functions and work effectively with diverse teams to achieve shared objectives.\n\nStrong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.\n\nExcellent multitasking and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple concurrent projects.\n\nIn-depth knowledge of distributed system architectures, including hardware and software components.\n\nCustomer service skills and the ability to satisfy client problems and needs when working in a Service Center environment successfully and consistently.\n\nAbility to be proactive and resourceful in managing multiple priorities in a dynamic and fluid environment.\n\nEffective oral and written communications skills.\n\nMust be a US Citizen and be able to obtain a Position of Public Trust Clearance.\n\nCandidate must have lived in the United States for the past 5 years.\n\nCannot have more than 6 months travel outside the United States within the last 5 years.
