Under general Legal Department/Contract Administration supervision, this position assists with contract preparation, interpretation, the creation and maintenance of a contract management database, and other specific legal needs of the business units in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.\nResponsibilities\nDeliver exceptional service to internal and external stakeholders while fostering strong relationships and demonstrating TierPoint's core values.\nAssist Legal Department in the preparation and review of customer contracts and other agreements using contract management software.\nMaintain and enhance contract records within the Company's contract management systems, ensuring accuracy, organization, and compliance with contractual requirements.\nPrepare and disseminate information to appropriate internal and external customers regarding contract status and obligations.\nLead initiatives which accomplish department objectives through planning and evaluating department activities.\nWork with CLM, CPQ, and CRM platforms.\nOther duties as assigned.\nEssential Functions\nDemonstrate a customer-first mindset while building positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders through professionalism, responsiveness, and effective communication.\nHandle sensitive and confidential information with discretion, integrity, and sound judgment.\nEffectively manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.\nAbility to identify issues and help develop strategic and tactical plans for various department initiatives.\nAbility to use Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) and similar systems.\nPossess strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across multiple departments.\nProficiently use Microsoft 365 applications and standard business technologies to support daily responsibilities.\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree with business emphasis or other degree plus 24 semester hours of business-related courses.\n\nAdequate professional experience and knowledge to perform Job Responsibilities\n\nExcellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills\n\nAbility to prioritize and organize effectively\n\nAbility to work on multiple projects simultaneously\n\nAbility to work both independently and with others\n\nAbility to operate in a fast-moving, team-oriented, collaborative environment with tight deadlines\n\nProficiency in using MS Office Suite and Windows-based computer applications\n\nWorking Conditions\nOffice environment\nPay Transparency TierPoint is committed to practices that promote pay equity and transparency.
