In this role, you will combine market insight, business acumen, and customer understanding to develop compelling value propositions and help bring innovative solutions to market.\nYou will work closely with sales, delivery, product, and partner teams to identify new business opportunities, develop offerings, and support customer engagements throughout the sales cycle.\nIn this role, you will\nAnalyze market, customer needs, and competition to identify growth opportunities\nDevelop offerings with clear value propositions and business benefits\nDrive thought leadership through deep understanding of market trends, emerging technologies, and customer challenges\nPlan and execute go-to-market activities to drive awareness and sales\nSupport sales by identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities, creating sales enablement and material and engage in customer interactions\nContribute to bids and proposals, including RfX responses and solution development\nWe are looking for someone with\nProven experience in business development, offering management, product management, solution development, or a related commercial role\nStrong understanding of market analysis, business modelling, value proposition development, and go-to-market strategies\nExperience working closely with sales teams and customers in consultative business environments\nAbility to translate customer needs and business challenges into compelling solutions and offerings\nExperience supporting bids, tenders, or proposal processes is considered an advantage\nStrong communication, stakeholder management and presentation skills, with fluency in both spoken and written Swedish and English.\nIt would be beneficial if you also\nHave experience from the healthcare sector\nAI knowledge requirement\nAI literacy is expected for this role. You will be comfortable using approved AI tools to improve quality and productivity in everyday work (e.g., drafting, summarising, analysing, and automating routine tasks). You can write clear prompts/instructions, critically evaluate and validate AI outputs, and apply sound judgement when results are incomplete, biased, or incorrect.
