You will work closely with business and technical stakeholders and contribute to backend development when needed.\nWhen joining Tieto Tech Consulting as a Data Architect\nYou will design and architect data solutions for multi-source system integration\nCreate scalable datasets to support analytics and reporting platforms\nGather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions and specifications\nDesign data models, ETL/ELT processes, data warehouse, and data lake solutions\nEnsure scalability, performance, data quality, and validation of data solutions\nCollaborate with business analysts, developers, DBAs, and other stakeholders\nCommunicate complex data concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders\nSupport backend development when required\nDocument technical solutions and share knowledge within the team\nWho we are looking for\nYou have 4+ years of experience in data architecture, data engineering, or similar roles\n3+ years of experience working with Azure data platform services\nStrong hands-on experience with Azure SQL Database, including schema design, query optimization, and indexing\nStrong experience with Azure Data Factory (ADF), including pipeline design, triggers, linked services, and data flows\nExperience with Azure Data Lake Storage (ADLS Gen2) and Azure Storage\nExperience with Azure Logic Apps\nHands-on experience with Azure Databricks, Spark SQL, PySpark, and Delta Lake\nStrong knowledge of data modeling, including dimensional modeling and star schema\nGood understanding of ETL/ELT design patterns and data warehouse/data lake architecture\nAdvanced SQL skills, including complex joins, CTEs, query performance tuning, and execution plan analysis\nExperience with multi-source data integration, APIs, data quality, validation, and error-handling approaches\nUnderstanding of CI/CD, version control (Git), Infrastructure as Code, and Azure security concepts\nStrong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business language\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills\nAbility to gather and analyze requirements and work effectively in cross-functional teams\nEnglish proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or higher\nWill be an advantage\nGood understanding of Power BI and data requirements for dashboards\nKnowledge of reporting concepts, metrics, KPIs, and business intelligence\nExperience with Azure DevOps\nExperience with Azure Resource Manager (ARM) templates or other Infrastructure as Code approaches\nKnowledge of RBAC, Key Vaults, and cloud security/access management\nPrevious experience or understanding of the agriculture/agribusiness domain\nExperience mentoring colleagues and sharing technical knowledge\nUnderstanding of Agile methodologies\nWe offer\nWe offer you professional growth, meaningful projects, open culture, and an outstanding work-life balance!
