Solid understanding of Communications Systems, knowledge of PHY/MAC layers in 4G, 5G.\nHighly skilled in software design, C programming, and C++ programming on General Purpose Processors (GPP) and on Purpose-Built ASIC Architecture.\nStrong understanding of 3GPP radio access standardization of LTE & NR , ORAN split architecture (preferably Radio protocols) , including algorithms and protocols.\nExperience in feasibility studies and simulation of L2/MAC related features or Packet Scheduler algorithms.\nStrong understanding of 3GPP radio access standardization, including algorithms and protocols.\nExtensive experience in developing, systemizing, and testing software for 5G Layer 2/Layer3 protocols.\nProficient with test methodologies, tools, and simulators at the system and node level.\nSolid understanding of the Linux operating system and optimizing data processing paths using DPDK and Smart Network Interface Cards.\nExperience with CI/CD principles and tools, such as Jenkins and Spinnaker.\nProficient in using version control tools such as Git, Gerrit, and project management tools like Jira.\nKnowledge about agile and lean methodologies.\nSelf-driven and proactive approach.\nExcellent communication and documentation skills.\nProficient in English.\nAt Tieto, we believe in the power of diversity, equity, and inclusion.
