We are looking for a Microsoft Power Platform Developer who enjoys transforming ideas into practical applications, connecting business needs with technology, and enabling customers to get more value from the Microsoft ecosystem. When joining Tieto Tech Consulting as a Microsoft Power Platform Developer, you
- Design, develop and implement applications using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI and Power Pages
- Advise customers on best practices for Power Platform governance and lifecycle management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integration Power Platform solutions intro broader MS 365 and Azure ecosystems
- Conduct workshops, training sessions and provide technical support to customers
- Stay up-to-date with Microsoft certifications and contribute to internal capability building
Who we are looking for:
We value diverse backgrounds and welcome candidates who bring:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform tools and services
- A completed degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a comparable qualification
- Knowledge of Power Platform, Azure and Azure AI ecosystems
- Certifications such as PL-200, PL-400, PL-600 or PL-900 are a plus
- Hands-on knowledge of Azure AI Foundry, Copilot Studio, and GPT-based solutions
- Strong understanding of low-code/no-code development principles
- Good programming skills, preferably with C#/.NET
- Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
- A consulting mindset and strong communication skills in both German and English
- Passion for continuous learning and staying up-to-date with new developments

The monthly gross salary for this position will start from € 3.954,00 (based on IT collective agreement, ST1 Regelstufe) on a full-time basis, depending on your qualifications and experience. Our aim is to provide you with a salary package that is both competitive and reflective of your relevant experience, while also aligning with current market standards.
