In this role, you will serve as the primary technical point of contact for customers, partners, and external development teams, guiding them through the integration of third-party applications and solutions. You will collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, QA, Sales, and Business Development teams, providing technical expertise throughout the pre-sales process, supporting partner onboarding, and helping ensure solutions meet technical, quality, and certification requirements where applicable.\nRequirements\nAround 3 years of experience in Pre-Sales Engineering, Technical Solutions, Developer Relations, Software Integration, or a similar customer-facing technical role within a software, SaaS, or technology environment.\nGood knowledge of Android application development. Experience with Android Automotive OS (AAOS), embedded Android platforms, or automotive infotainment systems is valued.\nExperience working with SDKs and APIs, with the ability to understand technical specifications and communicate them effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.\nExperience preparing and maintaining technical documentation, such as integration guides, API documentation, onboarding resources, and developer-facing materials.\nUnderstanding of software certification and quality assurance practices, including reviewing issues and providing technical recommendations when needed.\nKnowledge of the mobile application development lifecycle and the considerations involved in adapting applications for automotive environments.\nExperience working with external software development teams, gathering technical requirements, and supporting the validation of deliverables against platform expectations.\nStrong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with app publishers, OEM partners, and cross-functional teams.\nComfortable supporting customer-facing activities, including technical presentations, product demonstrations, proof-of-concept discussions, and RFX processes alongside Sales and Business Development teams.\nFamiliarity with automotive communication protocols and connected vehicle technologies is a plus.\nProfessional proficiency in English.\n At Tieto, we believe in the power of diversity, equity, and inclusion.
