We provide personnel- and workforce management solutions to health regions and municipalities. As a DevOps Engineer, you will have a close dialogue with our customers. Furthermore, you will work closely with our architects, developers and application specialists. It is important that you contribute to improving processes and further contribute to us creating solutions that meet the customers' needs and create value for them. We are looking for you who are outgoing, quality-conscious and work in a structured and systematic manner.\nGood communication skills both in writing and orally are a requirement.\nIn this role you will mainly:\nInstall and upgrade Tieto Workforce Planner with associated applications in internal test environments and with existing and new customers.\nCarry out packaging, technical verification and delivery of new versions of the software.\nHelp move on-prem infrastructure to cloud both internal as well as customer installations.\nContribute to maintaining Workforce Planner in a cloud environment\nImprove and automate solutions for software packaging, delivery and deployment of the product.\nMaintain and improve technical documentation for installation of the solution.\nMaintain internal environments.\nCarry out migration of the solutions from old to new servers when customers upgrade infrastructure.\nAssist technical operations staff at the customer when necessary.\nSecondary you will:\nDevelop SQL scripts to meet the customer's needs for customized data extraction.\nMaintain and improve infrastructure for automated testing.\nTesting web service APIs.\nOptimize database queries.\nIt is an absolute requirement that you master both Norwegian and English fluently in writing and orally.\nWe are looking for someone with:\n3-year education in ICT.Relevant experience can compensate for a lack of formal education.\n\nExperience with:Azure DevOps and pipelines.\nWindows Server and management of rights, certificates.\nIIS and configuration of web applications.\nSQL Server and SQL script.\nPowerShell / bat-scripting.\n\nGood communication skills\nIt would be beneficial if you also:\nVersion management systems such as Git.\nContainer frameworks such as Docker.\nProgramming skills in C#.\nTesting web services with Bruno/Postman or similar tools.\nInfrastructure management on Azure.\nAI knowledge requirement\nAI literacy is expected for this role. You will be comfortable using approved AI tools to improve quality and productivity in everyday work (e.g., drafting, summarizing, analyzing, and automating routine tasks). You can write clear prompts/instructions, critically evaluate and validate AI outputs, and apply sound judgement when results are incomplete, biased, or incorrect.
