With us you can build technology for the good of society and make your mark on the health and wellbeing of people in need.\n\nAbout the role\n\nWe are looking for an Enterprise Solution Architect to join Tieto Caretech's Nordic Market team and support new business growth across the Nordic countries.\n\nReporting directly to the Nordic Market Leader and being member of Nordic Market leadership team, you will work closely with Customer Executives, Business Developers and Sales managers across the Nordics to understand customer needs and shape solutions that address them.\n\nEnterprise Architect translates customer's business strategy into target solutions provided by Tieto and its partners and transition roadmaps how to achieve the desired state across application, data, integration, cloud, technology, and AI domains. \n\nYou will also collaborate with Product and Delivery teams to ensure that proposed solutions reflect product roadmaps and delivery considerations and can be translated into successful customer outcomes. In addition, you will contribute customer and market insights to the continued development of our offering and sales approach across the region.\n\nIn this role you will\n\nSupport Sales Managers and Business Developers across the Nordic countries in understanding customer needs and developing solution approaches.\n\nTranslate business and customer requirements into solution concepts, architecture overviews and proposals.\n\nBecome a trusted Advisor for customers\n\nConnect with senior stakeholders at customer side\n\nPresent our solutions and explain how they can support customer priorities.\n\nCoordinate input from Delivery teams and other relevant experts when shaping solutions.\n\nIdentify risks, dependencies, assumptions and delivery considerations related to proposed solutions.\n\nShare customer and market insights with relevant teams to support the development of our offering and go-to-market approach across the Nordics.\n\nWe are looking for someone with\n\nHas experience in solution architecture or a similar customer-facing role.\n\nCan connect business needs with technology and practical solution design\n\nHas deep experience with complex software solutions and integrations.\n\nCommunicates clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders at senior level\n\nIs proactive, structured and able to explain complex topics in an accessible way.\n\nIs fluent in one of the Nordic languages as well as English, with strong verbal and written communication skills\n\nIt would be beneficial if you also \n\nHave knowledge of and experience with healthcare systems and architectures in the Nordic countries.\n\nAI knowledge requirement\n\nAI literacy is expected for this role. You will be comfortable using approved AI tools to improve quality and productivity in everyday work (e.g., drafting, summarising, analysing, and automating routine tasks). You can write clear prompts/instructions, critically evaluate and validate AI outputs, and apply sound judgement when results are incomplete, biased, or incorrect.
