We are part of Tieto, a leading technology company with an annual revenue of approximately EUR 2bn.\nTieto Tech Consulting’s team in Bulgaria consists of 500+ professionals specializing in the development of tailored digital solutions in diverse industries.\nKey responsibilities\nDesign, configure, and implement Genesys Cloud CX solutions\n\nDevelop customer interaction flows using Genesys Architect\n\nConfigure and implement voice, email, chat, SMS, and messaging channels\n\nBuild and customize outbound campaigns\n\nDevelop API-based integrations between Genesys Cloud and external systems\n\nSupport migration projects from legacy contact center platforms to Genesys Cloud\n\nConfigure and implement Workforce Engagement Management (WEM) capabilities\n\nDesign reporting solutions and real-time monitoring dashboards\n\nIntegrate third-party chatbots and voicebots with Genesys Cloud\n\nContribute to AI-powered customer service solutions, including virtual agents and conversational experiences\n\nCollaborate in Agile, cross-functional delivery teams\n\nRequired experience & qualifications\n2+ years of hands-on experience implementing Genesys Cloud solutions\n\nExperience participating in at least two Genesys Cloud implementation projects\n\nStrong knowledge of Genesys Cloud CX platform configuration\n\nExperience developing contact routing solutions using Architect\n\nExperience implementing one or more customer interaction channels - Voice, Email, Chat, SMS, Open Messaging\n\nExperience with Genesys Cloud APIs, integrations, and customizations\n\nUnderstanding of cloud environments such as AWS and/or Microsoft Azure\n\nExperience working in Agile development environments\n\nA significant advantage would be\nGenesys Cloud Certified Professional certification\n\nExperience in financial services or banking sector projects\n\nWorkforce Engagement Management (WEM) implementation experience\n\nVirtual Agent, chatbot, or voicebot implementation experience\n\nExperience with AI Studio and Agentic Virtual Agent solutions\n\nExperience integrating third-party reporting platforms\n\nTesting and quality assurance skills\n\nTechnical background in software development, contact center development, or solution architecture\n\nAt Tieto, we believe in the power of diversity, equity, and inclusion.
