chatbots, and knowledge management systems.\n\n- Design and implement multi-agent AI workflows using modern orchestration frameworks.\n\n- Develop and integrate AI services with enterprise applications through REST APIs and microservices.\n\n- Build and optimize vector search and semantic retrieval systems using enterprise knowledge bases.\n\n- Collaborate with product owners, architects, data engineers, and business stakeholders to define AI use cases and technical solutions.\n\n- Implement AI best practices, coding standards, testing strategies, and deployment pipelines.\n\n- Mentor AI developers and provide technical guidance throughout the software development lifecycle.\n\n- Ensure AI solutions are scalable, secure, reliable, and aligned with Responsible AI principles.\n\n- Evaluate emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and tools to improve solution capabilities.\n\n- Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to AI platform modernization initiatives.\n\nRequired Skills & Qualifications:\n\n- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Information Technology, or a related field.\n\n- 8+ years of software development experience with at least 4+ years building AI/ML or Generative AI applications.\n\n- Strong programming experience in Python and modern AI development frameworks.\n\n- Extensive experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), including Azure OpenAI, OpenAI GPT, or Claude.\n\n- Hands-on experience designing and developing Generative AI applications.\n\n- Strong experience building Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and enterprise knowledge systems.\n\n- Experience with Agentic AI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, Microsoft Copilot Studio, or Microsoft Agent Framework.\n\n- Experience implementing multi-agent orchestration and autonomous AI workflows.\n\n- Strong understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP), including chatbots, question-answering systems, sentiment analysis, and text processing.\n\n- Experience with vector databases such as Pinecone, ChromaDB, or FAISS.\n\n- Strong SQL skills and experience with enterprise databases such as PostgreSQL or Snowflake.\n\n- Experience with cloud platforms, preferably Azure and AWS.\n\n- Experience building scalable microservices and REST APIs.\n\n- Understanding of AI application security, governance, and Responsible AI practices.\n\n- Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes.\n\n- Strong analytical, debugging, communication, and leadership
