This person will work end-to-end, training and productionalizing models, as well as focusing on language translation. We are looking for a creative thinker who can be hands-on. The ideal candidate is passionate about Generative AI and LLMs and their application in the investment space. You must be a motivated and tenacious self-starter who is comfortable interpreting technology requirements based on business requirements and implementing them with maximum impact on the users. You will be expected to develop technology that minimizes technical debt while maximizing the customer experience. This is a high-impact role on a lean team that is results- and execution-oriented. We are a team of doers!\n\nResponsibilities: \nDesign and fine-tune open-source and proprietary LLMs for various tasks such as answering questions, summarization, reasoning and planning, etc.\nBuild advanced Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) pipeline including rewriting, embedding fine-tuning, hybrid search, reranking, knowledge graphs, etc.\nImplement a comprehensive evaluation framework and metrics for model performance Deploy models into production environments and ensure low latency, reliability, and scalability.\nCollaborate with the product team and software engineering team to build end-to-end product systems.\n\nRequirements: \nPh.
