In this role, you will\nKey Responsibilities:\n Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI-powered products aligned with business objectives and customer needs.\nIdentify and evaluate AI use cases, leveraging Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), AI agents, and machine learning to solve business problems.\nCollaborate with engineering, data science, design, and business teams to translate business requirements into AI product features and technical specifications.\nLead the end-to-end AI product lifecycle, from ideation and requirements gathering to prototyping, development, testing, deployment, and continuous improvement.\nDefine product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and success metrics for AI-driven solutions.\nWork closely with engineering teams to design and deliver AI-powered applications, agentic workflows, and intelligent automation solutions.\nDesign and drive experimentation strategies, including proof of concepts (PoCs), prototypes, A/B testing, and iterative product enhancements.\nEstablish metrics to measure AI product performance, user adoption, customer experience, and return on investment (ROI).\nCollaborate with stakeholders to identify risks related to AI accuracy, hallucinations, data privacy, security, responsible AI, and regulatory compliance.\nStay updated on emerging AI technologies, industry trends, and best practices to identify opportunities for product innovation.\nCommunicate product strategy, roadmap, progress, and business impact to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.\nFoster a culture of innovation, experimentation, collaboration, and continuous learning across product and engineering teams\nRequirements\nProven experience of 7+ years working as an AI Product Manager, Product Manager, or in a related product leadership role, with experience delivering AI-powered products to production.\nStrong understanding of AI/ML concepts, Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and AI agent architectures.\nExperience defining AI product strategy, managing product roadmaps, prioritizing features, and translating business needs into actionable product requirements.\nDemonstrated ability to lead AI initiatives from ideation and experimentation through deployment, adoption, and scaling.\nFamiliarity with AI frameworks and technologies such as LangChain, LangGraph, AWS Bedrock, OpenAI APIs, and cloud-based AI platforms.\nUnderstanding of prompt engineering, model evaluation, experimentation methodologies, and AI performance optimization.\nExperience working closely with engineering, data science, UX/UI, and business teams to deliver customer-centric AI solutions.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to define KPIs and evaluate product performance using data-driven insights.\nUnderstanding of AI product challenges, including model accuracy, hallucinations, scalability, latency, cost optimization, data privacy, and responsible AI practices.\nExperience using AI-powered tools across product management workflows, including requirements gathering, research, prototyping, experimentation, and documentation.\nExcellent stakeholder management, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.\nAbility to translate complex AI concepts into clear business value propositions and communicate solution approaches to technical and non-technical stakeholders.\nExperience working in product-based organizations, technology consulting, or enterprise AI transformation initiatives is preferred.\nPrior experience with cloud platforms, enterprise AI products, or applied AI research is an added advantage\nWhy Join Tiger Analytics:\nDrive High-Impact Business Transformation: Lead strategic engagements that go beyond traditional analytics, delivering enterprise-wide AI adoption, cloud-native data modernization, and measurable business outcomes.\nBuild and Lead at Global Scale: Collaborate with exceptional AI, data, engineering, and consulting talent across geographies to deliver transformative solutions and grow strategic client partnerships.\nBenefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Retirement Accounts, Long and Short Term Disability, Life Insurance, HSA/FSA Accounts (USA) and Discretionary time-off.\nContinuous Learning & AI Upskilling: Stay ahead of the rapidly evolving AI landscape through continuous learning, hands-on exposure to emerging technologies, and opportunities to build expertise in Generative AI, agentic AI, and next-generation data platforms.
