The ideal candidate will have a strong software engineering background and hands-on experience building and deploying production-grade AI/ML solutions.\nYou will work on solving complex business and technical problems by designing scalable ML solutions, developing GenAI/agentic applications, and partnering with engineering and business stakeholders to take AI solutions from concept to production.\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign, develop, and deploy production-grade AI/ML solutions across classical ML, deep learning, GenAI, and Agentic AI.\nApply machine learning and statistical modeling techniques to solve complex business problems.\nBuild LLM-powered applications, including RAG, prompt engineering, AI agents, and multi-agent workflows.\nDesign and implement agentic AI solutions and multi-LLM orchestration for enterprise use cases.\nDevelop scalable and maintainable Python-based AI/ML applications with strong software engineering practices.\nWork with large datasets using SQL, Spark, and cloud-based data platforms.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.\nDrive AI solutions through experimentation, development, validation, deployment, and continuous improvement.\nCommunicate technical solutions, insights, and outcomes effectively to senior stakeholders and non-technical audiences.\nMentor engineers and contribute to technical architecture and best practices at the Staff level.\nRequired Skills & Experience\n5-6+ years of professional experience in AI/ML Engineering, Data Science, or a related field, with strong hands-on development experience.\nStrong foundation in classical ML, Deep Learning, and statistical modeling.\nStrong programming skills in Python and solid software engineering fundamentals.\nHands-on experience with PyTorch and/or TensorFlow.\nStrong experience with SQL and familiarity with distributed computing frameworks such as Apache Spark.\nHands-on experience building and deploying production AI/ML systems.\nExperience with Generative AI, LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, and AI application development.\nExperience building AI agents / Agentic AI workflows and working with multiple LLMs.\nExperience with cloud platforms, preferably Azure, and modern data/Lakehouse platforms such as Databricks.\nStrong problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.\nGood to Have\nExperience with MLOps, including MLflow, model versioning, CI/CD, monitoring, retraining, and model drift detection.\nExperience with vector databases, embeddings, semantic search, and retrieval architectures.\nExperience with multi-agent frameworks and LLM orchestration.\nKnowledge of semiconductor manufacturing, NAND Flash, storage technologies, or hardware/electronics.\nCloud certifications across Azure, AWS, or GCP.\nYou are important to us, let’s stay connected!\nEvery individual comes with a different set of skills and qualities so even if you don’t tick all the boxes for the role today, we urge you to apply as there might be a suitable/unique role for you tomorrow.
