About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Client Partner - Retail & CPG to lead strategic client relationships, drive account growth, and oversee the delivery of high-impact analytics programs.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Retail and Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), combined with the ability to engage senior executives, identify business opportunities, shape analytics solutions, and build long-term strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Own overall responsibility for delivery, account management, client relationships, and account growth.
- Engage with CXO, VP, and Director-level stakeholders to understand strategic business priorities and demonstrate business value.
- Develop analytics roadmaps by identifying key business questions, challenges, and high-value use cases.
- Scale pilots and POCs into long-term, transformative analytics programs.
- Collaborate with sales leaders to develop POVs, proposals, and solution approaches supporting new business and account expansion.
- Apply advanced data science and analytics solutions to solve complex business challenges in the Retail & CPG domain.
- Lead and mentor data and analytics professionals while working closely with client stakeholders.
- Partner with globally distributed teams to translate client business needs into effective solution and delivery strategies.
- Own client presentations, project governance, expectation setting, and overall relationship management.
- Drive continuous value realization and identify opportunities for account growth.
Requirements
14-20 years of experience in advanced analytics, data science, technology consulting, or related consulting services.
Proven experience designing and implementing large-scale analytics programs.
Experience managing large strategic accounts and driving account growth.
Prior P&L ownership is preferred.
Strong ability to engage and influence CXO, VP, and Director-level stakeholders.
Deep understanding of the Retail & CPG industry is highly preferred.
Experience working with global and geographically distributed teams.
Strong business problem-solving, consulting, presentation, and communication skills.
Ability to translate business challenges into analytics and data-driven solutions.
Willingness to travel up to 50% across major cities in Mexico.
Bachelor’s or higher degree in Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
