This position requires strong domain expertise in lending/credit risk, advanced analytical capabilities, and hands-on technical proficiency.\nLocation:\nHyderabad, Chennai, Bangalore, Gurgaon\nResponsibilities\nKey Responsibilities:\n1. Develop, enhance, and monitor credit risk strategies to optimize risk-reward tradeoffs\n2. Experience in Developing Credit risk scorecards, regulatory models such as CECL/CCAR\n3. Monitor origination and portfolio performance, identify deviations from expectations, and recommend strategic adjustments 4. Analyse customer lifecycle behaviour to drive underwriting and portfolio strategy enhancements\n5. Present insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders\nDomain Expectations\n? Strong expertise in Credit Risk Analytics/Modelling within Lending / Credit Card portfolios\n? Experience in credit strategy development, underwriting strategy, and portfolio monitoring\n? Understanding of risk metrics such as approval rates, delinquency, loss rates, vintage analysis, profitability metrics ? Understanding the nuisances of scorecard modelling or regulatory models.\nAnalytical Expectations\n? Strong quantitative and problem-solving skills\n? Experience analysing portfolio analytics and modelling credit risk.\n? Ability to translate complex analytical findings into actionable business recommendations\n?
