This is an individual contributor (IC) role focused on cloud administration, infrastructure support, security, monitoring, troubleshooting, automation, and cloud operations.\nThe ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in AWS and Azure, with at least one cloud platform as a core area of expertise. The role requires a strong foundation in Linux and Windows administration, web servers, networking, cloud infrastructure, containerization, automation, hybrid cloud environments, and cloud cost optimization.\nThe candidate will work closely with development, operations, and senior cloud administration teams to ensure the availability, performance, security, and scalability of cloud environments.\nRequired Qualifications:\n6+ years of experience in implementing, troubleshooting, and supporting Linux and Windows operating systems, Internet-based applications, and web servers.\nMinimum 4+ years of hands-on experience in Cloud Administration, specifically AWS and Azure.\nGCP experience is optional.\nHands-on experience with cloud services such as AWS EC2, S3, RDS, ELB, Azure Virtual Machines, Azure Blob Storage, SQL, Google Compute Engine, and Google Cloud Storage.\nWorking knowledge of automation and scripting using Python, PowerShell, and/or Bash.\nHands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.\nStrong understanding of networking concepts including VPC, VPN, VNET, DNS, and Load Balancers.\nExperience working in hybrid cloud environments.\nFamiliarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.\nKnowledge of database management and cloud-based data solutions.\nExposure to Cloud FinOps, cost management, and optimization.\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.\nRelevant cloud certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, or Google Cloud Certified - Associate Cloud Engineer are preferred.\nGood to Have:\nWorking knowledge of GitLab for version control, CI/CD, and issue tracking.\nFamiliarity with AI-assisted productivity/engineering tools such as Claude and Gemini.\nBasic exposure to collaboration/design tools such as Figma.\nRoles & Responsibilities\nImplement, maintain, and administer cloud infrastructure across AWS, Azure, and GCP.\nMonitor cloud environments for performance, availability, scalability, and security.\nTroubleshoot and resolve cloud infrastructure, operating system, application, and connectivity issues.\nImplement and maintain cloud security protocols and best practices.\nSupport development and operations teams in deploying and maintaining cloud-based applications and services.\nAssist in the design, deployment, configuration, and management of cloud infrastructure.\nManage and support cloud services including compute, storage, databases, networking, and load-balancing components.\nAutomate routine cloud administration and operational activities using Python, PowerShell, Bash, and other automation tools.\nSupport containerized workloads using Docker and Kubernetes.\nManage and troubleshoot cloud networking components including VPC, VNET, VPN, DNS, and Load Balancers.\nSupport and maintain hybrid cloud infrastructure.\nWork with DevOps teams on CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.\nCarry out Cloud FinOps activities, including cloud cost monitoring, optimization, and resource utilization reviews.\nParticipate in regular cloud environment reviews, audits, and infrastructure assessments.\nSupport database and cloud-based data infrastructure as required.\nCollaborate with senior cloud administrators, development teams, operations teams, and other technical stakeholders.\nStay updated on emerging cloud technologies, security practices, automation tools, and industry best practices.\nContribute to continuous improvement of cloud infrastructure reliability, security, performance, and operational
