Lead architectural decisions and ensure alignment with business goals and technical requirements.\nEnd-to-End Development: Oversee the full software development lifecycle from requirements gathering, design, implementation, testing, deployment, and maintenance.\nMentorship & Collaboration: Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing guidance on best practices, coding standards, and technical problem-solving. Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers.\nTechnology Strategy: Evaluate and recommend new technologies, frameworks, and tools to improve development processes and product performance.\n Performance Optimization: Ensure the application is optimized for performance, scalability, and security on both the frontend (ReactJS) and backend (Python) layers.\nCode Reviews: Conduct and participate in code reviews to ensure code quality, security, and maintainability.\nStakeholder Communication: Regularly communicate technical progress, challenges, and roadblocks to internal stakeholders. Translate complex technical concepts into understandable terms for non-technical audiences.\nDocumentation: Ensure proper documentation of architecture, designs, and implementations to facilitate ongoing development and future scalability.\nQualifications:\nTechnical Expertise: Strong proficiency in Python (Django, Flask, FastAPI or similar frameworks).Extensive experience in ReactJS (with Hooks, Redux, etc.), and modern frontend development.\nSolid understanding of both frontend and backend best practices, with a deep understanding of RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL.\nExperience in database management (SQL/NoSQL) and optimizing queries for large-scale applications.\nKnowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).\n\nArchitecture & Design: Proven experience in architecting complex, large-scale web applications.Expertise in designing and implementing microservices-based architectures.\nExperience with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and deployment processes.\n\nLeadership & Communication: Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams.Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders.\n\nExperience: 3+ years of professional software development experience,Prior experience in leading or being a senior part of a development team, mentoring engineers, and setting technical direction.\n\nEducation: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.\nDesirable Skills:\nFamiliarity with modern front-end tools (Webpack, Babel, TypeScript).\nExperience in serverless architectures and cloud-native application development.\nFamiliarity with Agile methodologies, and experience in working in an Agile environment.\nKnowledge of performance monitoring tools and techniques.\nExternal Skills And Expertise\n3+ years of experience\nA passion to write clean yet simple programs using JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3\nA drive to create basic, uncluttered programs using Python with Django or Flask.\nKeen interest in creating web frameworks like React JS\nA comprehensive foundation using object-oriented and functional programming languages.\nWide-ranging knowledge in web server technologies -
