Senior Manager/Associate Director- Supply Chain, Analytics Consulting

The ideal candidate will bring a blend of hands-on analytics expertise, stakeholder management, and team leadership experience, along with the ability to translate business challenges into scalable data solutions.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead and manage offshore teams delivering supply chain analytics.
• Be able to think from client's business standpoint aligning all program executions to right business outcomes or aligned to business needs
• Bring in domain construct to the tech teams and help them understand/apply it
• Augment the BAs and Architects in discussions/conversations with domain knowledge
• Advisor to client and guide to TA/Vendor/Partner team in Supply Chain domain related info
• Proactively think through what could be effective as an org to implement/augment during separation process to enhance its capabilities as a new MedTech company
• Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment on goals and deliverables
• Guide and mentor teams of business analysts and data professionals to deliver high-impact solutions
• Architect and design scalable data analytics frameworks and solutions
• Apply advanced analytics techniques (Machine Learning, AI, Optimization, Operations Research) to solve business problems
• Work with large datasets to extract, transform, and structure data using SQL and related tools
• Translate complex analytical outputs into clear, actionable insights for business stakeholders

Requirements

• 12-17 years of industry experience, with at least 8 years specifically in the Supply Chain functional domain.
• Must be the main person leading client discussions, able to speak the business lingo fluently.
• Should be very thorough in Supply Chain subdomains and MUST have worked in DnA programs
• Strong Supply Chain background with exposure to Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Shipping, and Inventory Management
• Strong project and team leadership skills, with experience driving end-to-end delivery across global, cross-functional teams
• Strong foundation in statistical methods and machine learning, with the ability to analyze complex datasets and generate actionable insights
• Proven ability to structure ambiguous business problems into clear, data-driven analytical frameworks
• Strong hands-on expertise in Python and SQL
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI
