Join us to do great work and shape the future of enterprise AI.\nTiger Analytics is looking for a highly experienced Senior Solution Architect with 15+ years of overall experience, including 10+ years of hands-on experience in data architecture and relevant cloud data technologies. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Azure, Snowflake, and Databricks, along with deep knowledge of enterprise data warehouse architecture, data modeling, data pipelines, transformation frameworks, data security, and governance.\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign and define enterprise-scale Data & Analytics architectures leveraging Azure, Snowflake, and Databricks.\nAssess diverse legacy data platforms, technologies, and application ecosystems and define scalable future-state architectures.\nDevelop end-to-end data ecosystem architectures covering data ingestion, integration, transformation, storage, analytics, and consumption.\nApply strong EDW architecture and data modeling principles to design scalable and maintainable data platforms.\nDefine data pipeline and transformation architectures using modern cloud data engineering technologies.\nEstablish and enforce data security, governance, privacy, and compliance standards across data platforms.\nEnsure proposed solutions align with enterprise architecture frameworks, technology standards, and client-specific guidelines.\nPartner with client stakeholders to understand business and technical requirements and translate them into effective architectural solutions.\nAct as a trusted advisor and go-to architect for client stakeholders on data and analytics architecture decisions.\nLead technical and solutioning discussions with clients, partners, vendors, and internal technology teams.\nDrive architecture reviews and ensure adherence to established frameworks, standards, design principles, and governance processes.\nIdentify opportunities to accelerate program execution through technology modernization, automation, reusable frameworks, and architectural best practices.\nProvide technical leadership across globally distributed/onshore-offshore teams and guide engineering teams in implementing the target architecture.\nRequirements\n15+ years of overall IT experience, with 10+ years in data architecture, solution architecture, or related roles.\nStrong hands-on architecture experience with Azure, Snowflake, and Databricks.\nStrong understanding of Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) architecture and modern cloud data architectures.\nStrong knowledge of data modeling principles, including dimensional, relational, and enterprise data modeling.\nStrong experience designing data pipelines, data integration, and transformation solutions.\nStrong understanding of data security, governance, privacy, metadata, and compliance.\nExperience assessing legacy data platforms and architectures and defining modernized future-state solutions.\nProven experience designing end-to-end enterprise data ecosystems.\nStrong experience with solution architecture, technical consulting, and architectural advisory services.\nExcellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage with senior client stakeholders.\nProven ability to lead architecture and solution discussions with clients, partners, vendors, and technology teams.\nExperience working within established enterprise architecture frameworks, standards, and governance processes.\nBenefits\nSignificant career development opportunities exist as the company grows.
