Join us to do great work and shape the future of enterprise AI.\nTiger Analytics looking for a Snowflake Administrator - DataOps with 12-15 years of overall IT experience and strong hands-on experience supporting Snowflake administration, DataOps, and DevOps in enterprise environments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and supporting the Snowflake platform, ensuring its availability, security, performance, scalability, and operational stability, while also supporting automation, deployment, monitoring, and DataOps processes.\nKey Responsibilities\nAdminister and support enterprise Snowflake environments, including accounts, databases, schemas, warehouses, roles, users, and access controls.\nManage Snowflake security and access, including RBAC, role hierarchy, user provisioning, authentication, and data access policies.\nMonitor and optimize Snowflake performance and resource utilization, including virtual warehouses, queries, workloads, and credit consumption.\nSupport Snowflake upgrades, configuration changes, maintenance, and production releases.\nTroubleshoot and resolve Snowflake platform, connectivity, performance, and data pipeline issues.\nSupport DataOps and DevOps processes for Snowflake-based data platforms.\nDevelop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for Snowflake database objects, code, configurations, and deployments.\nAutomate administrative and operational activities using Python, SQL, Shell scripting, or similar technologies.\nImplement monitoring, alerting, logging, and operational dashboards for Snowflake environments.\nSupport data ingestion and integration processes and troubleshoot failures across enterprise data pipelines.\nRequirements\n12-15 years of overall IT experience with strong experience in enterprise data platforms.\nExtensive hands-on experience in Snowflake administration and platform support.\nStrong understanding of Snowflake architecture and cloud data warehousing.\nExperience with Snowflake RBAC, security, user/role management, and access controls.\nStrong knowledge of Snowflake warehouses, databases, schemas, stages, file formats, streams, tasks, and Snowpipe.\nExperience with Snowflake performance monitoring and optimization.\nExperience supporting production Snowflake environments and resolving critical operational issues.\nHands-on experience with DataOps and DevOps practices.\nExperience with CI/CD, Git, and automated deployment processes.\nBenefits\nSignificant career development opportunities exist as the company grows.
