In this role, you will:\n\nLead requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation for system enhancements and upgrades.\n\nDiscovery: Define sub-domain scope and the entity list (business definition, grain, priority. Map business process to source systems; establish system of record per entity.\n\nWith DE leads, scan Databricks / Snowflake catalogues and produce entity → source → dataset mappings with coverage verdicts.\n\nDrive SME interviews — elicit use cases, capabilities, attribute-level requirements, build Discovery readouts and secure client sign-off.\n\nBuild - Own the BRD/FRD — canonical attribute register with source arbitration, traceable from use case to attribute. Act as functional authority for DEs: business rules, grain, hierarchies, code sets.
