This role requires strong product ownership, stakeholder management, and hands-on collaboration with engineering and analytics teams.\nResponsibilities:\nOwn and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for enabled solutions. \nDefine ‘what’ and ‘why’ the platform should build, and what business and user problems it will solve\nDefine and track product OKRs and KPIs, and drive the team to achieve them\nDrive GTM (go-to-market) excitement and awareness of our platform across all enterprise teams\nCollaborate closely with engineering and data science teams to build, validate, and showcase POCs and demos. \nTranslate business problems into clear product requirements and user stories. \nCommunicate product strategy, progress, and outcomes to senior leadership and key stakeholders. \nEnsure products align with BFS regulatory, compliance, and risk considerations.\nRequirements\n8+ years of Product Management experience in technology/enterprise environments. \nMandatory insurance industry experience, along with Tableau experience and intermediate Power BI skills, including dashboards, workspaces, publishing, and basic DAX. \nExperience with AI/ML, advanced analytics, or data products and cloud-based solutions. \nStrong Business Analyst skills: requirements gathering, documentation, stakeholder management, and attention to detail. \nStrong executive and technical communication skills with the ability to influence business and technical stakeholders. \nExperience driving products/solutions end-to-end in a fast-paced enterprise environment. \nMBA or advanced degree is a plus. \nBenefits\nSignificant career development opportunities exist as the company grows.
