company targets. \nFollow up on overdue accounts through calls, emails, and customer engagement to minimize outstanding debt and improve cash flow. \nPerform account reconciliations and resolve customer queries, disputes, and claims within agreed timelines. \nPrepare and distribute customer statements, remittances, and aging reports. \nAccurately process and allocate customer payments, credit notes, debit notes, and settlements. \nInvestigate short payments, deductions, pricing claims, and unauthorized claims and ensure timely resolution. \nEscalate high-risk, long overdue, or unresolved accounts to the Debtors Supervisor or Credit Management team. \nEnsure compliance with company policies, SOPs, governance controls, and Delegation of Authority (DoA). \nLiaise with sales teams, customer managers, finance teams, and external customers to resolve account and payment issues. \nMonitor customer accounts and identify potential credit risks or collection concerns. \nAssist with audit requirements by providing supporting documentation and reconciliations. \nMaintain professional and effective customer relationships to support collections and service delivery. \nSupport continuous improvement initiatives and process efficiencies within Accounts Receivable. \nAchieve individual KPIs relating to collections, overdue balances, query resolution turnaround times, and cash allocations. \nWHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE TABLE\nKey attributes and competencies\nGrade 12 studying towards a credit management diploma or equivalent\nStrong Communication skills\nRelationship Management skills\nAdministrative background\n\nExperience\n3 years in FMCG environment as a Credit Controller\nIn accordance with the employment equity plan of Tiger Brands and its employment equity
