# Creditors Supervisor

You are responsible for supervising the day-to-day accounts payable operations within the Shared Services Centre, ensuring all creditors are paid accurately and within agreed payment terms. You will manage and develop a team of creditors clerks, support the AP Manager’s automation strategy, maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders, and ensure consistent compliance with all internal controls, policies and procedures. You will assist internal and external auditors with AP-related audits and queries.WHAT YOU WILL DO: Supervise and manage the creditors clerks, including task allocation, training, coaching and performance management Ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices, credit notes and creditor reconciliations Review and sign off creditor statement and payment reconciliations as a key control prior to payment release by the CU supervisor Forward supplier master data changes to the Supplier Master Data team when contacted by suppliers directly Oversee local payment processing and ensure payments are executed within agreed terms Contribute to the weekly cash flow for
