Directors, and/or MDs.\nSuggest adjustments and revisions to promotional strategies to improve sales and profitability.\nProvide suggestions for budget rearrangement and re-allocation of funds to save money.\nAttend and participates in sales strategy meetings.\nLead informational sessions for staff to explain sales trends and new marketing strategies.\nAssist in implementing budget and marketing changes and evaluates results.\nDraw up reports of improvements or lack thereof in the wake of company restructuring.\nWHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE TABLE\nCompetencies\nSpeaks confidently and articulately purposes.\nExperience\nDemonstrate proficiency in the use of sales software and customer data tools (Smart Shopper, Dunhumby, Nielsens, Shoprite B2B, Spar Insights, MicroStrategy, DataOrbis)\nPossess knowledge of the retail industry.\nExhibit ability to use Microsoft Word, Advanced Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.\nSpeak confidently and articulately in front of a group.\nIn accordance with the
