warehouse staff and accurate inventory management across the PRD, Bright Stock and FST Bright warehouses, while ensuring that all quality and safety standards are consistently met.\nWHAT YOU WILL DO\nEnsure accurate and timely receipting and transfer of stock between PRD, Bright Stock and FST Bright\nRun the daily recon and investigate and close out variances\nCoordinate cycle counts and month-end/annual stock takes\nApply FIFO/FEFO and manage aged, short-dated, on-hold and damaged stock\nPlan and allocate daily work for receiving, put-away, picking, staging and dispatch\nConduct shift start-up meetings and hand-overs\nEnsure production is supplied on time and finished goods are cleared from lines \nSupervise, coach and develop warehouse staff\nManage attendance, overtime, leave and shift rosters\nAddress performance and conduct issues in line with company policy\nEnsure compliance with GMP, hygiene and storage standards\nManage quarantine/QA-hold stock in conjunction with Quality\nSupport internal and external audits and close out findings\nEnforce safe working practices, PPE and MHE (forklift) safety\nConduct safety walks, report incidents and drive corrective actions\nMaintain good housekeeping (5S) in all warehouse areas\nReport daily on stock accuracy, variances and floor performance\nLead root-cause analysis on recurring issues and participate in MDT sessions\nLiaise with Production, Planning, Quality and Dispatch to resolve issues\nPlan and allocate daily work for receiving, put-away, picking, staging and dispatch\nConduct shift start-up meetings and hand-overs\nEnsure production is supplied on time and finished goods are cleared from lines\nWHAT YOU WILL BRING\nMatric (Grade 12) essential\nDiploma or certificate in Logistics, Supply Chain or Warehouse Management\n3-5 years' warehouse experience in an FMCG/food manufacturing environment, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role\nWorking knowledge of stock control, cycle counts and reconciliation processes\nOracle/SAP/ERP and Microsoft Excel proficiency\nSound understanding of food safety, GMP and OHS requirements\nValid forklift licence (advantageous)\nStrong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills\nWillingness to work shifts, weekends and overtime when required \nIn accordance with the employment equity plan of Tiger Brands and its employment equity
