We’re a fun, hungry, smart, innovative group of eclectic people who are passionate about transforming the way clinical care teams work and communicate.\n\nJob Description\nWe are seeking an experienced and highly motivated SeniorImplementation Project Manager to lead the implementation of our TigerConnect solutions for clinical workflow optimization. The Senior Implementation Project Manager is integral to the Customer organization’s PMO team providing exceptional administrator and implementation expertise.\nWorking in a complex and dynamic environment, this experienced professional will be responsible for TigerConnect software implementation, training, maintenance, and system enhancements to deliver the platform to our customers successfully. You will also be responsible for the successful execution of the project from initiation to closure, including guiding the customer’s change management, ensuring that the project is delivered on time and within scope and budget. You will also manage stakeholders, identify and mitigate project risks, and ensure that customer value and ROI are achieved.\nThe Senior Project Manager possesses business acumen and sophisticated analytic thinking, advanced knowledge of TigerConnect’s capabilities/integrations, and a demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with team members at all levels, including executive leadership. You will be a champion of Project Managment process and seek opportunities to improve the PMO and interdepartmental collaboration for enhanced project and product output.\nWhat You’ll Be Doing:\nImplement the TigerConnect solutions and products by leading the initial software build; this will include:\nIdentify and mitigate project risks and develop contingency plans as needed \nEstablish and maintain effective communication channels with project stakeholders, including status reporting and escalation of issues \nProvide leadership and direction to project team members, including managing resources, providing guidance and feedback, and promoting teamwork and collaboration \nConduct lessons learned at Project Closure and identify opportunities for process improvement inside and outside the PMO\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, solution design, and clinical teams, to ensure alignment and successful delivery of the project \nExecute Organizational Change Management Plans with customer analysis on user training, managing clinical and administrative users, and support customer onboarding \nGenerate custom reports regarding project status, budget, metrics, and resource allocation producing critical insights for executive and leadership reporting and decision-making \nActively lead conversations regarding use cases and capabilities and solicit user feedback and suggestions throughout the implementation \nProvide professional level customer service to executive leadership and key stakeholders with applicable metrics on business objectives while continually improving reporting models to achieve strategic decisions \nEnsure adherence to project management best practices, including risk management, change management, TigerConnect workflow implementation standards, and quality assurance \nIdentify and mitigate project risks and develop contingency plans as needed \nEstablish and maintain effective communication channels with project stakeholders, including status reporting and escalation of issues \nProvide leadership and direction to project team members, including managing resources, providing guidance and feedback, and promoting teamwork and collaboration \nConduct lessons learned at Project Closure and identify opportunities for process improvement inside and outside the PMO\nWhat You Bring:\n12+ years of comparable project management experience plus demonstrated success in enterprise project management, preferably in a healthcare or SaaS environment \nExpert knowledge of project management methodologies and tools with demonstrated proficiency with project planning, research, and analysis \nUnderstanding of systems, development methodologies, solution architecture, systems administration, and tools and processes that support business systems \nExperience establishing and delivering proper/formal Organizational Change Management, education, and training as a part of delivering projects \nDemonstrated ability to create engaging, cogent, succinct, and well-edited presentations and deliver communications to stakeholders, including executive leadership \nProject management certification (e.g., PMP, CSM, etc.) preferred \nExceptional customer relationship skills - proven ability to collaborate and communicate with both technical and non-technical personnel \nStrong critical thinking skills to evaluate alternatives and present solutions consistent with business objectives \nAbility to communicate technical information to non-technical audiences \nSelf-starter who is accountable, dependable, and a team player \nAbility to work in a fast-paced environment, maintaining flexibility and performing at a high level when faced with time constraints \nPassion, integrity, high energy, and a sense of humor will contribute to the success \nSuperior organizational skills - demonstrated ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects at a time while maintaining precise attention to detail \nHealthcare industry knowledge and experience preferred \nAbility to travel up to 50% \nPerks & Benefits We Offer:\nEnjoy remote flexibility with teams across the US and globally - plus prime office space in El Segundo, California\n\nExcellent Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance for you and your family plus a 401k match\n\nFocus on your well-being through our wellness reimbursement program and company-wide wellness days (extra days off to rest and recharge)\n\nOur flexible time off lets you work hard and play hard-on your schedule\n\nJoin a mission-driven team committed to making a real impact in the world of healthcare\n\nOur mission is to provide a healthcare communication solution that radically improves the way care is delivered.
