Supporting employees across multiple London offices, this standalone role offers the opportunity to take ownership of the entire employee lifecycle while acting as the trusted HR advisor to managers and employees alike.\nWhat You'll Do:\nLead all day-to-day HR operations across the business, acting as the primary HR contact for managers and employees.\nManage employee relations matters including performance, absence, disciplinary, grievance and probation processes.\nReview and develop HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with UK employment legislation and best practice.\nOversee the full recruitment and onboarding process, supporting the business in attracting and retaining top talent.\nCoordinate payroll-related HR administration, employee records, benefits and HR systems management.\nSupport learning and development initiatives, employee wellbeing programmes and wider people-focused projects.\nWho You Are:\nAn experienced HR generalist with responsibility for the full employee lifecycle.\nStrong knowledge of UK employment law and confidence managing employee relations cases independently.\nProven experience across recruitment, onboarding, performance management, policy development and HR operations.\nAble to balance multiple priorities while working autonomously in a standalone HR role.\nExcellent communication, stakeholder management and organisational skills.\nCIPD qualified (or equivalent experience), with property or professional services experience advantageous.\nThis is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR professional seeking a broad and influential role where they can make a genuine impact on the employee experience and contribute to the continued success of a thriving organisation.
