This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive HR administrator to get stuck into a varied, recruitment-heavy role, supporting hiring activity across both the US and EMEA regions within a friendly and supportive team environment.\nThe role is starting in November, for an 8-month contract. They offer hybrid working (3 days in office and 2 days wfh) and salary is paying up to £45k per annum.\nWhat you'll do\nTake ownership of recruitment coordination across the US and EMEA, including organising interview schedules across several diaries and time zones\nHelp deliver a smooth onboarding experience for new starters, from arranging induction sessions to putting together tailored induction plans\nFollow up with candidates to ensure assessment forms are completed and returned on time\nPitch in with general HR administrative tasks to support senior members of the People function\nAssist the broader HR team with everyday administrative needs as they arise\nAct as a key point of contact for the Global Head of Talent and other senior stakeholders, building strong working relationships\nWhat we're looking for\nA junior HR administrator or coordinator who brings genuine enthusiasm and a willingness to help with any task, big or small\nPrior experience as a PA
