This is a broad and influential position, working closely with senior stakeholders to drive operational efficiency, strengthen internal processes and enhance overall employee experience.\nThe successful candidate will be highly organised, proactive and solutions-focused, with the confidence and natural ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while balancing both the strategic and day-to-day operational requirements of the business. With exposure to multiple areas of the global business, the position offers significant scope for professional growth and the opportunity to broaden expertise through a varied and hands-on role.\nWhat You'll Do\nOversee daily operations across London and international offices\nLead cross-functional projects and operational initiatives, ensuring effective and smooth delivery \nManage supplier relationships, contract renewals, negotiations, due diligence and facilities management.\nEnsure compliance across legal, GDPR and relevant regulatory requirements.\nPlan and deliver company-wide events, offsites and international trips.\nProduce regular reporting and business insights for the senior management team.\nReview, maintain and develop company policies, introducing new systems and procedures to improve operational efficiency and overall employee experience.\nSupport business expansion initiatives, including new office openings and relocations.\nManage IT systems, proactively identifying and resolving technical issues whilst using preventative measures where possible\nAct as the lead for all HR matters across the company\nOversee employee onboarding and offboarding, including the preparation and issuing of contracts and HR documentation.\nMonitor employee milestones, appraisals, probation periods and engagement touchpoints.\nLead employee engagement surveys, analysing feedback and implementing initiatives to support employee welfare and retention.\nMaintain up-to-date knowledge of employment legislation and HR compliance requirements across all international offices.\nManage a positive and high-performance working culture, helping to drive employee engagement and organisational development.\nWho You Are\nPrevious experience in an Operations role incorporating HR responsibilities within a fast-paced and growing environment\nConfident and comfortable working closely alongside Founders, senior leadership and key stakeholders.\nHighly organised, with a strong ability to balance multiple projects and competing priorities at one time\nA calm, level-headed and professional individual with the ability to manage expectations and navigate challenging situations effectively and with neutrality\nPrevious management experience, with the confidence to lead, influence and build relationships across a business.\nAutonomous and proactive in their approach, with the ability to exercise sound judgement and make decisions quickly independently.\nA proven track record of successfully delivering operational projects, implementing new systems and driving process improvements.\nStrong knowledge of HR duties, employment legislation and organisational development.\nFamiliarity with HRIS and CRM systems.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with exceptional attention to detail.\nAble to prioritise effectively and remain composed in a fast-changing environment.\nMaintain high level of discretion and integrity when handling confidential and sensitive information.\nA positive, engaging and solutions-focused individual with a genuine interest in contributing to the wider development and success of the business.\nBenefits\n25 days annual leave, increasing to 30 days\nPrivate health care cover\nPension\nAnnual company trips and team away days\nInternational office working\nHybrid and flexible working\nThis is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys taking ownership, challenging existing processes, building strong relationships and identifying new ways to improve business operations.
