redes de acceso fijo y telecomunicaciones.\nDisponibilidad para desplazamientos según requerimientos del puesto.\nExperiencia con CPEs (Customer Premises Equipment).\nGestión, administración y troubleshooting de firmware, Actualización, validación y pruebas de versiones.\nConfiguración y soporte de equipos de acceso (ONT, ONU, routers, gateways, WiFi, etc.).\nConocimientos Específicos:\nConocimientos en redes, sistemas operativos Linux y Windows, administración de servidores.\nAdministración y monitoreo de plataformas NMS y OSS/BSS, incluyendo:\nHuawei NMS, Nokia AMS, Huawei NCE, Intraway, ACS Axiros, Symphonica\nConocimiento de arquitecturas HFC, DAA/R-PHY, GPON y XGS-PON.\nConocimientos Técnicos:\nTecnologías de switching y routing.\nProtocolos de enrutamiento\nSeguridad de redes, firewalls y protocolos asociados.\nArquitecturas FTTH y redes de acceso fijo.\nCompetencias y Habilidades:\nPensamiento analítico y capacidad de resolución de problemas complejos.\nOrientación a resultados y cumplimiento de objetivos.\nCapacidad de planificación y
