Making sure that our 50+ million users have the best experience in crafting their own adventure.\n Your main duties in flying with us\nConduct research on potential partner industries, companies, and trends (e.g., loyalty platforms, fintechs, telcos, super apps)\n\nAnalyze data to identify opportunities for partnership growth and optimization\n\nHelp build and maintain internal documentation, including partner trackers, campaign calendars, contact logs, and deal summaries\n\nContribute to structuring templates and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for partner onboarding, campaign planning, and reporting\n\nAssistant API team with mapping and other task when required\n\nAssist in tracking ongoing campaigns using platforms like Google Sheets, Looker, Tableau, or AppsFlyer\n\nMonitor performance dashboards, flag opportunities or issues, and help prepare weekly and monthly reporting\n\nSupport partnership proposal creation (e.g., presentations, reports, co-branding decks)\n\nAssist in the documentation of meetings, partner onboarding, and internal coordination\n\nLiaise with internal teams (e.g., marketing, ops, analytics) to follow up on tasks and timelines\n\nMandatory belongings that you must prepare\nBachelor's degree in any field (minimum Semester 8 with no remaining classes)\n\nExperience or familiarity with Performance Marketing or Affiliate programs is a plus\n\nProficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word\n\nStrong analytical and numerical skills with the ability to interpret market and revenue data\n\nSkilled in data visualization and analysis using Looker, Tableau, and SQL\n\nAble to commit for 6 months\n\nIn the event that you haven’t received any updates after 3 weeks, your data will be kept and we may contact you for another career destination.
