Making sure that our 50+ million users have the best experience in crafting their own adventure.\nYour Main Duties in Flying with Us:\nOwn the cross-sell and recommendation experience across tiket.com.\nIdentify cross-sell opportunities across the customer journey (search, checkout, and post-purchase), and turn opportunities into prioritized roadmap.\nGather and build clear, exhaustive, and well-written product requirements and stories.\nWork with Data Science and Engineering to build and improve recommendation logic (next-best vertical, trip grouping, personalization).\nRun structured experiments (A/B tests) to validate hypotheses, read results rigorously, and decide whether to scale, iterate, or stop\nAnalyze user behavior and data independently (SQL, Mix panel or similar) to find insights and size opportunities.\nConduct competitive evaluations of cross-sell and recommendation practices across regional OTAs and other apps.\nGather customer feedback and research to understand why users behave in certain ways.\nCollaborate with other Product teams, Commercial, Marketing, CRM, and Strategy to align and execute initiatives.\nReview scenario tests and UAT to ensure delivery matches requirements\nDocument product functionality and communicate launches to internal stakeholders\nMandatory Belongings That You Must Prepare:\nAt least 2 years of experience as a Product Manager, ideally in e-commerce, OTA, or consumer apps\nBachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field\nExperience owning recommendations, growth, conversion, or personalization products is a strong plus\nStrong analytical skills: comfortable with SQL and product analytics tools, and with designing and interpreting A/B tests\nGood understanding of how recommendation systems work and ability to work closely with Data Science teams\nStrong problem-solving skills and structured, pyramid-principles thinking\nAbility to manage multiple stakeholders across verticals and push alignment without direct authority\nA “can-do” spirit with high ownership, drive, and a positive attitude\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong listening skills\nIn the event that you haven’t received any updates after 3 weeks, your data will be kept and we may contact you for another career destination.
