About the Team

The LIVE Operations team is obsessed with everything to do with TikTok LIVE. Our focus is to continually champion and optimize TikTok LIVE through working with creators to ensure a creative, fun and safe space for all of our users.

We are looking for a highly motivated Agency Management Intern to join our TikTok LIVE team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, takes initiative, and is eager to bring clarity and structure to a rapidly-scaling business.

You will work directly with the team to streamline processes, organize knowledge, and support agency operations, helping us reduce chaos and build a solid foundation for growth.

We are looking for talented individuals to join us for an internship. Our internship program offers students hands-on experience, industry exposure, and opportunities to apply their knowledge to real-world challenges while building a strong foundation for personal and professional growth.

Interns will gain practical experience, explore potential career paths, and participate in social events, learning programs, and development workshops alongside industry professionals.

Responsibilities:

- Support Agency Managers in day-to-day management of agencies.

- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics (e.g., revenue, creator activity, retention, recruitment, etc) to identify growth opportunities and risks.

- Daily Operations: Assist in resolving various issues encountered by creators and creator network partners during the LIVE process, by addressing day-to-day challenges, including operational hurdles, trust & safety concerns etc.

- Track progress of key initiatives and ensure timely follow-up and execution.

- Help prepare performance reports, business reviews, and insights for internal and external stakeholders.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support agency needs and escalations.

- Support the rollout of training programs and best practices to improve agency capabilities.

任职要求 / Requirements

Minimum Qualifications

- Currently pursuing an Masters degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics or a related field.

-Fluency in French & English as working languages, with strong oral and written communication skills in both as we need to contact with the global teams and stakeholders.

- A kind team player with strong communication and stakeholder management skills, highly adaptable and quick learner.

- Results-driven with strong data analysis skills and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.

- Highly proactive, with a clear and solution-oriented mindset; persistent and execution-driven.

- Strong interest in the creator economy, live streaming, and agency ecosystem.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in Account Management, Operations, Consulting, or Business Development.

- Outstanding communication, negotiation and persuasion skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts effectively.

- Result-oriented, good data analysis skills and ability to work under deadlines.
