We work on risk detection, fairness and sustainability of the e-Commerce ecosystem, content and product quality, and friction-free experiences.\nResponsibilities:\n- Develop and maintain core systems of the human moderation platform within TikTok Shop governance, including review configuration and task scheduling.\n- Participate in the platform architecture upgrade and business scenario migration, delivering modules from design through launch.\n- Improve system stability and engineering efficiency through automation and tooling.\n- Apply AI coding tools in development, testing and
