scalable systems and platform capabilities that support sellers throughout their journey on TikTok Shop, including onboarding, product management, order and fulfillment experiences, customer service, seller growth, and other core commerce capabilities.\nResponsibilities:\n- Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable backend services and systems supporting key e-commerce and seller experiences.\n- Build reliable APIs and distributed systems supporting high-volume commerce workflows, data processing, and platform capabilities.\n- Develop and improve technical solutions across areas such as seller onboarding, product and catalog management, orders, fulfillment, customer service, and seller growth.\n- Improve system scalability, reliability, observability, performance, and operational stability for large-scale e-commerce services.\n- Troubleshoot complex technical issues across distributed services and production environments and develop scalable, long-term solutions.\n- Partner with Product, Operations, and other engineering teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions that improve seller experience and platform adoption.\n- Collaborate with globally distributed engineering teams to deliver platform capabilities supporting TikTok Shop's international growth.\n任职要求 / Requirements\nMinimum Qualifications\n- Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.\n- 3+ years of experience developing highly scalable backend services and systems using at least one programming language such as Java, Golang, Python, Scala, or C++.\n- Strong software engineering fundamentals, including data structures, algorithms, API design, and scalable system design.\n- Experience building backend services, distributed systems, APIs, or other high-availability online systems.\n- Strong programming capabilities with good code design and coding practices.\n- engineering solutions with current and future business needs.\nPreferred Qualifications\n- Experience in e-commerce, marketplaces, seller platforms, merchant services, payments, SaaS, or other complex business platforms.\n- Experience building seller- or merchant-facing systems, commerce infrastructure, or high-scale transactional platforms.\n- Understanding of observability, reliability, data consistency, and performance optimization for large-scale distributed systems.\n- Experience working with APIs, platform services, or third-party systems.\n- Familiarity with modern AI-assisted engineering workflows and developer productivity tooling.\n- Passion for programming, strong learning ability, intellectual curiosity, and a proactive mindset toward emerging
