You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests.\nApplications will be reviewed on a rolling basis - we encourage you to apply early.\nSuccessful candidates must be able to commit to at least 3 months long internship period.\nResponsibilities\n- Support the Creator Manager with creator development by owning daily operational elements including data analysis and creator matchmaking. \n- Support creator education and community management/engagement activations, review and onboard new managed creators.\n- Collaborate with internal and external partners to identify new creators and increase content opportunities for all categories as basis for seller creator matchmaking.\n- Familiarise with various operations and analytical tools to prepare reports or performance analysis to increase creator matchmaking and content improvement and contribute to creator growth&level upgrade . \n- Collecting and organizing creator feedback, and assisting in producing reports or actionable insights\n任职要求 / Requirements\nMinimum Qualifications\n- Currently pursuing an Undergraduate/Master in Business Administration or a related Marketing or Analytics discipline.\n- Highly interested in the e-commerce industry, with strong curiosity and the ability to learn quickly.
