The Measurement team is responsible for demonstrating and improving the effectiveness of advertising on TikTok. We partner with advertisers, agencies, and cross-functional teams to interpret campaign performance, shape measurement strategies, and unlock stronger business outcomes through data-driven insights.
Our team sits at the intersection of sales, product, analytics, and marketing. We help clients understand how TikTok drives results across branding and performance objectives, while also influencing the evolution of measurement products, solutions, and partnerships.
We are looking for a motivated Data Analyst Intern to support data analysis, reporting, and insight generation. This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical skills, hands on experience with data tools and exposure to statistical or machine learning techniques.
Responsibilities:
- Extract, clean and analyze data from multiple sources
- Able to write and optimize SQL queries for data retrieval/extraction
- Working knowledge of Python for data analysis, automation etc.
- Identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights from large datasets
- Support forecasting, segmentation and performance analysis projects
- Assist in validating data quality and improving reporting accuracy

Minimum Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree or above
- Strong analytical and technical skills, including advanced Excel, working knowledge of Python or R, and good knowledge of SQL
- Solid understanding of statistical concepts and data analysis methodologies, with a quantitative and problem-solving mindset
- Strong PowerPoint and communication skills, with the ability to present data and insights clearly and professionally
- Strong attention to detail, ownership and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous internship, project or coursework experience in data analytics, business intelligence, consulting, or a technology-related environment
- Familiarity with data visualisation tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
- Understanding of digital marketing metrics, advertising measurement or social media analytics
