Our team is responsible for the end-to-end commercial activities of our data centers in Europe, spanning from early due diligence to operational support.\nAs the DC site acquisition manager, you will be responsible for the following:\n- Gather and evaluate market options, conduct investigations on key resources, devise strategies and eventually secure data center capacities to meet business demand. \n- Provide commercial aircover to our delivery team to ensure timely delivery of capacity to our businesses. \n- Work with cross-function colleagues, such as legal, tax, finance, GR, to make informed recommendations to senior management for data center investment, backed by our thorough investigation. \n- Provide commercial aircover to support operational-related needs.\n- Conduct energy cost analysis and drive initiatives to optimize the budget structure. \n- Conduct rightsizing and optimization initiatives as and when required.\n任职要求 / Requirements\nMinimum Qualifications:\n- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or Engineering\n- 5+ years of relevant working experience \n- Experience in industrial/commercial land development, power acquisition or real estate related investment & financing\n- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
