Highlight the key insights to business partners with timely response;\n- Proactively generate insights and data solutions for business partners to achieve the business goal; Demonstrated ability to in SQL, Python or R, and data visualization tools;\n- Expertise in at least one of the three areas: advanced measurement (e.g causal inference or systems with complex trade-offs), modeling, and optimization.\nPreferred Qualifications: \n- A Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in quantitative field statistics is preferred;\n- E-commerce or online marketplace customer experience/post purchase experience is strongly preferred;\n- Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development (e.g., prompt/context engineering, agent orchestration) and staying current with emerging AI technologies;\n- To succeed
