In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with multiple domestic and global stakeholders to support our continued growth and expansion. \nKey Responsibilities: \n- Act as a resource for the Visa Services team to execute and improve operational processes, ensuring accurate case tracking, data integrity, and adherence to established immigration workflows and compliance requirements\n- Partner with Immigration team on status changes impacting work authorization\n- Build scalable SOPs for intake, approvals, vendor coordination, and escalations. Develop FAQs, templates, and stakeholder guidance materials.\n- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to prevent unauthorized employment exposure\n- Interpret various forms of data by analyzing large-scale datasets from diverse sources to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies, keeping track of dataset quality. Monitor case-level metrics (timeliness, RFE trends, denial rates).\n- Use logical and analytical skills to audit and interpret data to determine what their findings mean for stakeholders.\n- Assist with data audits as required, including invoice reviews for billing matters\n任职要求 / Requirements\nMinimum Qualifications\n- Bachelor's degree or equivalent;
