Conduct in-depth analysis of key metrics, trends, and performance indicators to drive data-informed decision making.\n- Participate in business goal setting, key direction decision-making and improve internal management efficiency by integrating various data and information based on comprehensive business logic across products, multiple teams and multiple business forms.\n- From the perspective of TikTok's monetization product global optimization and ROI efficiency, plan and establish key research topics. Collaborate with PM, engineering, sales, strategy team and other roles to deliver research results with clear conclusions and implementation plans, provide decision-making references for leaders and achieve data-driven business growth.\n任职要求 / Requirements\nMinimum Qualifications:\n- Work experience in a high growth tech company or strategy consulting firms.
